Where the leverage points are in your business, which capability areas to install in, what kit count fits inside ninety days, and whether we're the right team for the job. If we're not, we'll say so and refer.
Base 2-kit pack starts at $8K/mo ($24K total, 90 days). Each additional kit adds $4K/mo. Most engagements land at $8K–$12K/mo (Base or Expanded). Standards layer included.
Consumer / DTC focused. We won't take work in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, manufacturing) unless you have a strong operator already inside.
