Stix sells direct-to-consumer golf clubs at a quarter the price of legacy brands without the legacy-brand intimidation. Founded 2020. Took it from zero to $8M in year one, through Series A, then Series B. Over $100M in lifetime sales and hundreds of thousands of customers.

What we built that LF now sells:

  • The CRO testing framework: 10 parallel slots, progressive traffic allocation, metafield-driven runtime config. Validated at scale.
  • The intimidation framework — four cohorts mapped to four psychological barriers, validated by 11k post-purchase survey responses.
  • The Triple Whale REST integration that replaced Moby (which was returning numbers 2-3x off ground truth in April 2026).
  • The Daily Sales Plan as forecast source-of-truth — pacing reports anchor to plan-base, not rolling-baseline.
  • Comment marketing at scale — running every two hours across IG, TikTok, YouTube, with hard 15-minute budgets and skip-on-failure resilience.

Host Modern sells the first heated serving dish that keeps food at temperature for hours without a power outlet. Launched in 2024. $4.5M in year-one revenue with a 10%+ profit margin. Gabe is the CEO.

What we built that LF now sells:

  • The full AI skill library template — about 20 production skills covering media buying, comment marketing, comment engagement, marketing analysis, FP&A, demand planning, SEO, content repurposing.
  • The Notion Approval Queue + Run Log + Skill Registry hub — central inbox for proposals, ledger of what ran, source of truth for what's installed.
  • The 7-rule data validation library — the "Step 0" that runs before every media-buyer decision. Caught the April 24th UTC timezone bug that would have inverted a ROAS read by 81%.
  • The brand foundation trio: brand context, copy rules, design system. Each enforced through tooling, not just documented.
  • The Wiki + tokens.css system — every polished HTML view for the team has a home, all share one design source of truth.

Gabe co-founded Influence Mobile and helped grow it into the third-largest mobile ad network in the world by revenue. $200M+ in lifetime revenue. 100M+ app installs delivered. The business taught the operating fundamentals — attribution under noise, fraud detection, real-time decisioning, and what it actually takes to keep complex automated systems running in production without human-in-the-loop interventions.

The technical instincts that make LF skills resilient — hard time budgets, skip-on-failure isolation, log everything, no per-item AI calls when batch will do — come from this work. AI consulting is in many ways adtech with better tools.
