The terms that govern your use of Lighter Fluid’s website, applications, and services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at lighterfluid.co, along with any applications, integrations, and services provided by Lighter Fluid, Inc. (“Lighter Fluid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Use of the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Accounts
If you create an account or connect through a third-party platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Information you provide must be accurate and kept current.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law;
- Upload malicious code or use the Services to transmit spam or unsolicited communications; or
- Violate the rights of others or any applicable third-party platform policies.
Third-party platforms and integrations
The Services may connect with third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta products, as well as e-commerce, analytics, and advertising platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. When you authorize an integration, you grant us permission to access data on your behalf solely to provide the Services, and you are responsible for complying with the applicable platform’s terms.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, software, and content (excluding your own content and third-party content), are owned by or licensed to Lighter Fluid and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. “Lighter Fluid” and associated marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
Fees
Where the Services are provided under a separate agreement or order, the pricing, payment, and scope in that agreement control. Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighter Fluid and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lighter Fluid from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
